Following the implementation of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, Kelly’s Storage Limited is committed to maintaining and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our own business or in any of our supply chains.
Modern slavery is criminal activity and a violation of human rights. The deprivation of a person’s liberty by another to exploit them for personal or commercial gain is unacceptable. For those reasons, slavery and human trafficking are a matter of zero tolerance at Kelly’s Storage Limited.
All staff involved in the engagement of suppliers must communicate our zero-tolerance approach to all prospective parties at the outset of our business relationship and monitor our approach as appropriate thereafter. We may terminate our relationship with third parties engaged with us if they do not comply with this Policy.

Our managers and Supervisors are informed of their responsibilities to ensure they take all reasonable precautions, to ensure the safety, health ad welfare of those that are likely to be affected by the operations of our business.

To help achieve our objectives and ensure our employees recognise their duties under health and safety legislation whilst at work, we will also inform them of their duty to take reasonable care for themselves and for others who might be affected by their activities. We achieve this by explaining their duty and setting out our company health and safety rules in an Employees Safety Handbook which is made available to every worker employed by us.
