Here's how it works.
Once you have obtained your free quote by clicking here and you are happy with the quoted price (fixed rates for long-term stays), you can call us to book the storage.
Failing that, we will call you.
Once we ascertain how many mobile storage units you require and everything is booked in (there are no deposits either, you only pay once you are in store with us) the process will run as follows:
- We will bring our mobile self-storage units out to your front door at a time convenient to you.
- Our trained storage professionals can then load your items into the mobile storage units for you, which saves you the need to do any heavy or awkward lifting on the day. Alternatively, we can leave the units with you for as long as needed for you to load items yourself.
- We will then take the storage unit, which is inside our mobile trailer (as seen below) back to our purpose-built warehouses where it will be stored until you need your items.
NOTE: You can have access to your storage units within our warehouses. All we need is 24-hours notice and we will have it ready for you.
We also do not double-handle your items once they are sealed at your home. When we return to the warehouse with your storage units, they are taken out of the trailers by a forklift and then put straight into our dry and secure warehouse where it stays, untouched, until you request the redelivery of that unit.

On your request, we will deliver the mobile storage units back to your front door & even unload the items into your home if you choose.
